I have always been more interested in what sits underneath a person than in what they present.

Melbourne, Australia. Sessions run online and in person.

Two titles, in normal language.

Human Potential Designer

I help people see the relationship between their choices and who they are becoming. Not to fix them. To make the connection visible, so the next choice can be made with awareness instead of habit.

Visionary Systems Architect

I look for the structure underneath a problem. Attention, meaning, emotion, choice, environment, relationships and identity are not separate subjects — they are feeding each other. Change one part carelessly and the system pulls it back. Change the right part and everything downstream moves.

This work is reflective and educational. It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional.

"I don't only listen to what you say. I look at what connects to it."

Most conversations stay with the problem a person brings. I look at what it is attached to — the environment around it, the emotion under it, the belief that keeps it in place, and the direction it is quietly creating.

I will not tell you what to do with your life. I will help you see what is actually happening beneath the choice, so you can decide with awareness — and recognise the same pattern the next time it appears.

This work sits between psychology, personal philosophy, design and systems thinking. Where most conversations stop at behaviour, this one continues into the structure producing it: what you notice, what you make it mean, what you feel as a result, and who that repetition turns you into over years.

Sessions are unhurried and specific. Nothing is diagnosed and nothing is prescribed. The intention is understanding clear enough to make a real choice, and a structure that holds after the conversation ends.

Not a resume

What shaped the way I see.

Observation

Years of watching what people do, not what they say they do. The gap between the two is usually where the real story is.

Curiosity

I do not accept the first explanation for anything, including my own.

Life experience

Chapters I had to live through rather than read about. Some of them I would not choose again. All of them taught me something I could not have thought my way to.

Building things

Building taught me that structure decides outcomes more often than effort does.

Human connection

Long, honest conversations with people standing at a turning point, often saying something out loud for the first time.

Travel and culture

Meeting people whose assumptions were nothing like mine made my own assumptions visible.

Pattern recognition

The same shape repeats across very different lives. Different details, same structure.

Systems thinking

A life is a connected system, not a list of separate problems.

Technology

Using design and intelligence tools to make invisible patterns visible enough to work with.

Reinvention

I have rebuilt my own direction more than once, on purpose. I know what it costs and what it gives back.

The Hyatt Method

Seven questions Hyatt uses to look at a situation.

These seven questions guide how Hyatt looks at a situation. Not every situation needs all of them, and rarely in a straight line. It is a lens, not a procedure.

Observe

What is actually happening?
