Hyatt Soul Design collects only the information you choose to provide: your name, email, phone number and the context you share when requesting a session or sending a message.

This information is used solely to respond to you, arrange sessions and, if you opt in, send occasional writing. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Session content is treated as confidential. Nothing discussed is published or shared without your explicit permission.

Ask Hyatt is an AI assisted reflection experience

Ask Hyatt uses an AI language model to generate reflective questions and summaries based on what you write. It is a thinking tool, not a person, and its responses are not reviewed by Hyatt in real time.

Ask Hyatt, the Becoming Engine and every tool on this site are for personal reflection only. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, they do not diagnose anything, and they are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service or, in Australia, Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Text you enter in Ask Hyatt is sent to the AI provider to generate a response. Please avoid entering identifying details about other people, or information you would not want processed by a third-party model.

Saved reflections and accounts

Becoming Maps and reflections stay in your browser unless you choose to save them. If you save them, they are stored in our database and are readable only by your account. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

A summary is only sent to Hyatt when you explicitly approve it on screen. Private reflection content is never used for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

We use essential storage to keep you signed in and to hold your in-progress work in your own browser. If analytics is connected, it records anonymous page views and simple interaction events such as "booking started". The content of your reflections, Ask Hyatt conversations and free-text fields is never sent to analytics.

Payments, when enabled, are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Card details are never stored by Hyatt Soul Design.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through the contact page.
